Not only does it claim to reduce depression symptoms, it also claims to improve your mood and support energy production at the same time. It certainly contains some popular ingredients, but you can easily find another supplement with almost the same ingredient profile. Moreover, the ingredients it contains are either under-dosed or lack necessary scientific evidence for support.

It contains bacopa monnieri extract, which is supposed to help by reducing anxiety and stress. Unfortunately, bacopa is one of those ingredients that work only when taken in larger doses. For instance:

  • A study used 300mg of Bacopa (55% Bacosides) over 90 days in healthy persons aged 18-60 with no history of mental ailments. Working memory was increased, as well as precision of rapid identification. Bacopa group also noted increased energy levels and diarrhea, withdrawals from groups were the same.
