What You Need To Know About Genius Consciousness

Genius Consciousness is a powdered supplement that you add to liquid in order to make a nootropic drink. The advertising claims it will awaken your mind and although that may be an exaggeration, it is highly possible that this supplement will perk up your mental energy levels as claimed. Genius Consciousness contains a blend of trademarked nootropic ingredients in good sized servings and the caffeine should help enliven you in the way as claimed. That said, it will not work for everyone and at $37.99 for just 15 full sized servings, finding out whether it works for you or not, is going to be expensive.

What Are The Side Effects Of Genius Consciousness?

Potential side effects may include nausea, upset stomach, gas, diarrhoea, fatigue, headache, brain fog, itchy skin, restlessness, loss of appetite, jitteriness, anxiety, and insomnia.

How Much Does Genius Consciousness Cost?

Genius Consciousness is expensive. 1 x 79g tub of powder costs $37.99. You are advised to use 1 scoop (coffee spoon sized or 5.3g) per serving which adds up to just 15 servings per tub. You can make it last longer by only using half a scoop (2.6g).

Our Verdict On Genius Consciousness

Genius Consciousness has some good points about it. We like that it seems pretty safe and we like that there are some good ingredients which may have benefits for brain health. We like the added caffeine too because it may help increase energy levels. Overall, we can see that this supplement may have a mild stimulatory effect on mental functioning.

However, it is rather overpriced. This is one small tub of powder for $37.99, and it is going to be hard to use economically with such small amounts. In addition, we never like companies who post fake feedback or keep on using the same old tired references to Limitless, a film that was out in 2011 and which these days very few people have even heard of, let alone seen.

Genius Consciousness will probably work for some people but in our opinion, it is just not good enough to add to our approved list. Overall, we do not recommend Genius Consciousness to our readers.

Genius Consciousness Review

Genius Consciousness is a nootropic supplement that claims to give you heightened mental clarity, focus, and cognitive performance. It comes in the form of powder that you add to liquid in order to make a drink. The flavour is not named although the advertising describes it as great tasting and some customers have described as sour but if you don’t like it, you can mask the taste by adding to a fruit juice or soda.

Genius Consciousness Facts

  • Each tub contains 79g of powder
  • Powdered supplement with no added flavour
  • Each tub contains between 15 – 30 servings depending upon how you use it

Genius Consciousness contains a blend of ingredients, predominantly based on herbal extracts such as Lion’s Mane mushroom, Panax Ginseng, and Huperzia Serrata, all of which come with some evidence that they can improve mental ability and improve mood and memory. There is also the good old coffee bean plus some natural chemicals and amino acids, with a specified brain boosting application such as acetyl l carnitine, Phosphatidylserine, and more.

Most of the ingredients are in the form of branded supplements and this can be a good thing as you do have the confidence of knowing these components do come with some details about manufacturing processes and clinical proof. Check out the ingredients tab to find out more.

How to Take Genius Consciousness

  • Asses your individual tolerance by mixing 1/2 scoop into 6-10 ounces of water (vary the amount of water by taste preference) and consume 15-30 minutes before mental performance is required
  • To support maximum cognitive performance and energy, using 1 scoop in 8-12oz of cold water (vary the amount of water by taste preference) is recommended
  • If you experience any displeasing side effects, discontinue use and consult your doctor

The Genius Brand is a US supplements company, and their website is glossy and high quality. The company seem to have a massive ego – the name Genius Brand is a clue here – and looking to find out some background information all the reader is told that it is the “birth of brilliance”.

Although the Genius Brand name sounds as if it should be focused on nootropic supplements, Genius also market bodybuilding supplements and health and beauty products.

Genius Consciousness Concerns:

  • The so-called Genius Promise is not very clear. Is this supplement covered by a money-back guarantee or is it simply a returns policy?
  • If the Genius Brand were a reputable company, surely they would not be posting fake positive customer reviews on Amazon
  • Although this supplement looks pretty safe, many people have been unable to take it due to side effects

We have covered some of the Genius nootropic range before including Genius Joy, described as a cheat code for finding yourself, and Genius Mushrooms, an organic wellness formula.

We have also covered Genius supplements on our sister site, the Diet Pills Watchdog, with products including Genius Diet Pills.

What Does Genius Consciousness Claim To Do?

According to the product advertising, Genius Consciousness provides the following benefits:

HEIGHTENED MENTAL CLARITY, FOCUS & COGNITIVE PERFORMANCE – Reduce brain fog and clear the cobwebs holding you back from achieving limitless status! Find creativity and free your thoughts with modern science.

CLINICALLY PROVEN, TRADEMARKED INGREDIENTS – Doctor formulated & 3rd party tested, Genius doesn’t leave quality up to chance. Highlights from our extra strength formula include 100mg of Phosphatidylserine, 1000mg of Acetyl L Carnitine HCL and 500mg of L-Tyrosine for higher level thought processing, dopamine production and nerve support.

NO PRESCRIPTION REQUIRED – Unlike some synthetic smart drugs, Consciousness provides a natural alternative to unproven compounds! Made with all-natural, scientifically proven ingredients; Consciousness truly does support brain health.

FAST-ACTING ENERGY & MOOD SUPPORT – Dyamine, Neurofactor and Natural Caffeine ignite neurons to leave you feeling bullet proof! Find your neuro-peak and leave anxiety behind with SAFE stimulants.

Does Genius Consciousness Work?

The advertising claims to be a natural alternative to unproven compounds. However, this does not mean that Genius Consciousness is proven or is really any better to other supplements or formulas on the market.

The “all natural scientifically proven ingredients” claim is also slightly misleading. Many of the claims about nootropics are unproven or based on clinical testing that may not match the contents of a supplement.

You are not going to achieve “limitless” status as claimed either. This old film that saw the protagonist take a limitless pill and become brilliant was just that, a film, and we never think it is a good sign from any nootropic advertising to still be referring to a film made back in 2011.

All that said, Genius Consciousness looks like a good quality supplement that may help boost mental performance as described by helping vital brain chemicals, and providing by providing a mild boost to energy levels.

There is some positive customer feedback for this supplement, so it obviously does work for some users.

What Are The Ingredients of Genius Consciousness?

Serving size is equal to 1 x 5.3g scoop. You can also use a ½ scoop (2.6g) we provide the ingredient quantities for 1 x scoop serving here. So if you are taking a ½ scoop you will need to divide ingredient quantities by half.

  • Acetyl L Carnitine (1g): Often known as ALCAR, this amino acid helps the body produce and use energy, and there is evidence that it supports the neurons in the brain and improves the health of cells (mitochondria). It is known to have a stimulant effect but is not as effective as caffeine. Source
  • Lion’s Mane Powder (1g): This mushroom is well known in Traditional Chinese Medicine, and it may have real neuro protective benefits as well as positive benefits for general health. Recent medical research has confirmed the traditional usage of Lion’s Mane in herbal medicine, showing that the mushroom can relieve damage of the nerves and nervous system. Some evidence suggests it may be helpful for the treatment of cancer and Alzheimer’s disease, as well as wound healing. More research is needed but this ingredient looks very promising. Source
  • AlphaSize (50% Alpha GPC) (600mg): Branded supplement AlphaSize contains Alpha GPC (L-Alpha glycerylphosphorylcholine), a natural choline compound that is already present in the brain. Some research suggests that supplementation may help improve cognitive disorders by increasing acetylcholine levels in the brain. A major clinical trial carried out on over 2000 patients in Italy found that 1000mg a day for 28 days improved the recovery of stroke victims. In supplements, the most usual dose is between 300mg and 1200mg per day.
  • Methyliberine (Dynamine) (125.mg): Branded supplement Dynamine™ contains Methyliberine, a purine alkaloid found in the kucha tea leaf. According to product information, its molecular structure is similar to Theacrine (aka TeaCrine®) and is believed to behave in similar ways in the body. Like Theacrine, Methyliberine may amplify feelings of energy, mood and focus by activating dopamine receptors and other key neurotransmitters, inhibiting adenosine receptors, all without elevating heart rate or blood pressure. Source
  • Caffeine (100mg): World’s favourite stimulant. Here in the equivalent serving of an average cup of instant coffee.
  • SerinAid (100mg): Branded Phosphatidylserine supplement. Phosphatidylserine is a natural chemical made in the body, which plays a role in the repair and the maintenance of all the cells. It is also obtainable by diet in foods such as cabbage, soy, and offal. It may be effective as a way to slow age-related cognitive decline and may help improve mood. A multitude of scientific studies have shown that SerinAid® PS can significantly help maintain and improve mental performance, can help improve mood, and can make a valuable contribution to lowering both physical and psychological stress.
  • NueroFactor (100mg): Branded supplement derived from raw and unroasted coffee bean. Research suggests that it helps maintain BDNF (brain-derived nootropic factor), a protein produced in nerve cells and important for healthy brain function. Source
  • AstraGin (50mg): This patented compound contains plant extracts Astralagus and Panax Ginseng. It is used to increase absorption of other nutrients such as amino acids. Source
  • Huperzia Serrata (10mg): Huperzine is a natural chemical derived from a Chinese plant called Club Moss (Huperzia serrata), but regarded as a drug by some people because it undergoes a lengthy manufacture process. Research suggests it is effective for a variety of brain conditions including memory loss, dementia, and mild mental impairment. Source

Are There Any Customer Reviews For Genius Consciousness?

This supplement is sold only via Amazon so there are numerous customer feedback comments. The problem is that not all the positive reviewers seem genuine, and this does seem to suggest that some kind of feedback scam is going on. Online tools suggest that reviewers have a suspiciously positive sentiment.

We searched through the positive reviews in order to find genuine customers. They are certainly there but the high quantity of fake feedback makes them hard to spot.

Genuine positive comments include,

Works pretty well.

This customer had some good tips for first time users,

This stuff works !!!. Results are amazing, I been taking nootropics the past 4 years and found some decent ones here and there. But this takes the cake by far! I get all the benefits and very clear minded and sharp for the full day. My only suggestion is defiantly take at least half a scoop if you’re a first timer to determine your sensitivity and enjoy. My first few days I took too much (half scoop) and did have some which anxiety and small headache. But I will say this is very normal for me as I’m personally HYPER sensitive to caffeine and nootropics in general. But today (3rd day of testing) I really hit optimized dosage (1/3 scoop) half drunk upon waking. Then rest before work, ideally 3-4 hours later and BOOM. I feel amazing SO TEST TEST TEST to find the dosage right for you!

And,

Amazing product, I’ve been using for a while and just bought 4 bottles for my dad.

Not all customers are as pleased. Here are some negative comments.

I took a half scoop at 7 am hoping to replace this with coffee. I felt a tingling sensation in my upper body at 7:15 and at 7:30 I felt a strong come down with nausea and fatigue. Waste of money.

This product did not deliver what it says. Taken it for 5days and can feel little to no effect. No focus, had such high hopes based on the reviews and the ingredients and was very disappointed.

This is garbage. A total waste of money. Taste is terrible. Zero effect.
