Some nootropic supplements contain a long list of ingredients, which can make a supplement more effective, but can also increase the chances of side effects developing. NitroAmp is a simpler nootropic, containing just two ingredients, Theanine and Caffeine.

Below we take an in-depth look at NitroAmp to see whether this two ingredient supplement can aid memory, boost energy levels and improve ‘outlook, mood and alertness’, as claimed by the manufacturers.

Nitroamp Pros

  • 60 day returns period on unopened bottles
  • Very cheap supplement
  • Can be stacked with caffeine free supplements

Nitroamp Cons

  • Returns policy does not cover opened bottles
  • Not as effective as manufacturer claims

What You Need To Know About Nitroamp

NitroAmp contains a blend of Caffeine and Theanine; this simple, two ingredient blend has several benefits including a boost in energy levels and alertness. Because it contains just two ingredients, it can be stacked with any nootropic or weight loss aid that does not contain any caffeine.

What Are The Side Effects Of Nitroamp?

Theanine and caffeine are often paired together because they work synergistically, offering better results together; theanine is also thought to reduce the side effects of caffeine, primarily jitters.
However, side effects are still possible, especially if the consumer is still drinking coffee and other sources of caffeine. Potential side effects include trouble sleeping and insomnia, increased blood pressure, increased heart rate, and increased urination.

How Much Does Nitroamp Cost?

Per bottle, NitroAmp appears to be a very affordable option. NitroAmp costs less than $20 per bottle, which contains 120 capsules. This should last for around 60 days of use, meaning that each daily serving costs just 33 cents.
Bulk discounts are also available; if ordering the three bottle bundle, a single daily serving of 2 capsules will cost just 25c.

Our Verdict On Nitroamp

Whilst the benefits of taking a theanine/caffeine blend are numerous, we doubt that NitroAmp is as strong or as effective as some other nootropics on the market. Caffeine is often promoted as a nootropic supplement because it does boost energy levels and alertness, but it is not strictly a nootropic ingredient.

NitroAmp appears to be affordable, costing around $20 per bottle, plus delivery charges, which should provide a 60 day supply. The manufacturers do not offer a money back guarantee, but their returns period (which covers unopened bottles) is 60 days.

Overall, NitroAmp is not a very strong nootropic supplement, but at just 33 cents per daily serving, it is a much cheaper option than buying a latte. Without more clinically proven nootropic ingredients, or a money back guarantee, we cannot recommend NitroAmp to our readers.

Nitroamp Review

NitroAmp is described initially as a NitroVit Supplement Amplifier, suggesting that it is primarily designed to be stacked with NitroVit, the main nootropic in the manufacturer’s range of supplements. It can also be stacked with any nootropic or weight loss supplements, provided that they do not contain any caffeine. Caffeine can interact with some other ingredients such as bitter orange, amplifying their effects.

Nitroamp Facts

  • Manufactured by NitroVit
  • 120 capsules per bottle
  • Theanine and Caffeine Blend

According to the manufacturers, NitroAmp will help to boost energy levels, enhance memory, increase focus and alertness, and reduce stress levels.

How to Take Nitroamp

Specific directions for use are not provided on the official website. However the label states that a single serving is one capsule. A bottle of 120 capsules is described as a 60 day supply, suggesting that consumers should take 2 capsules per day. However the product description for the 6 Month Amplifier Pack states that the three bottles provide ‘up to 6 months support’. This suggests that consumers can take a higher dose than two capsules per day, but the maximum daily dose is unclear.

Full instructions should be provided on the bottle’s label. This supplement contains caffeine, and so consumers should monitor or avoid other sources of caffeine such as tea, coffee and soda whilst taking NitroAmp.

NitroAmp is manufactured by Neuro Laboratories, but the official website is named after the company’s flagship product, NitroVit. Customers can contact the company using the email addresses provided on the contact us page of the official website, or can use the generic contact box on the same page. Their staff are available Monday to Saturday, and the website advises checking the FAQ page before emailing, in case your question has already been answered.

What Does Nitroamp Claim To Do?

The manufacturers of NitroAmp have provided the following description of how the supplement in intended to work and how it could potentially benefit the consumer:

Whatever you need to achieve, the infamous Caffeine + L-Theanine stack combination gives you the alertness and focus boost to compete at your best, but with smoother control, free from anxiety. As an anti-fatigue agent NITROamp keeps you motivated after long hours and stressful situations. May also benefit people who suffer from attention issues.

  • Pair with NITROvit to create the ultimate stack
  • Greatly Reduced Stress Levels
  • Elevated Outlook, Mood & Alertness
  • Noticeable Improvements in Short-term Memory
  • Removes ‘jitters’ from Caffeine Creating Clean Energy
  • L-Theanine promotes Quality Sleep
  • Regain Control over Anxiety & Depression

Does Nitroamp Work?

Whilst the combination of L-Theanine and Caffeine can offer the consumer a range of benefits, we believe that this product is not going to be quite as effective as many other nootropic supplements that are available on the market.

Theanine can aid relaxation, but caffeine can actually increase anxiety in some instances. One study has suggested that L-Theanine and Caffeine, when supplemented together, can moderately benefit cognitive function, and increase alertness.

NitroAmp will work to provide some benefits, including increased energy levels and alertness, as well as helping to reduce the consumer’s perceived stress levels, but no one should expect miracles or vastly improved cognitive performance from this supplement.

What Are The Ingredients of Nitroamp?

The ingredients used in NitroAmp are detailed below. The ingredient quantities listed are per serving of one capsule.

Does Nitroamp Have Any Side Effects?

With only two ingredients used in NitroAmp, the list of possible side effects is relatively short compared to other supplements, and the likelihood of developing side effects will depend largely upon the consumer’s tolerance of caffeine, and the total quantity of caffeine they are consuming throughout the day (including that from other sources).

Side effects of caffeine can include headaches, increased heart rate, increased blood pressure, heart palpitations, increased urination, dehydration, jitteriness, dizziness and insomnia. Each capsule contains 100 mg of caffeine; consumers should ensure that their total daily intake of caffeine is less than 500 mg, in order to minimize the chances of side effects developing.

Theanine causes a state of relaxation without drowsiness, and may help to counteract some of the potential side effects of caffeine, such as jitteriness. Consumers should still ensure that they do not take this supplement or any other source of caffeine within 5 hours of bedtime, as caffeine can interfere with sleep cycles.

Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Do not use if you are under the age of 18. Consult with a health care practitioner before taking this or any nutritional supplement if you have or suspect a medical condition or if you are taking any medications, whether over the counter or prescription. Not suitable for anyone who has any heart related health issues, including but not limited to high blood pressure. If you are unsure about the suitability of this nootropic supplement, or any other supplement, consult your doctor before purchase.

Are There Any Customer Reviews For Nitroamp?

We struggled to locate any customer reviews for NitroAmp where the consumer was not stacking the supplement with other products from the manufacturer’s range.

The reviewer below is taking both NitroAmp and NitroVit, and so it is unclear whether the benefits he felt were from a combination of the products, or due to just one of the two supplements.

It’s been week one taking Nitrovit and Nitroamp stacked. It was a little strong on day one, but I have to say it’s pretty amazing. The other day I bashed through 5 hours of work without so much as a bathroom break. It’s really easy to just get ‘honed in’ on work and perform tasks continuously without any distractions. First nootropic I’ve used waking up without that fuggy feeling.

There are also some customer testimonials provided on the official sales website. These have obviously been selected to show the product in the best possible light, and so the company would have overlooked any negative reviews of the supplement. Having said that, we were unable to find any negative customer reviews for this supplement anywhere.

Nitroamp made all the difference. I said I did expect more Oomph, and Tori was excellent in recommending I take Nitrovit with Nitroamp. I genuinely was expecting just more energy from the caffeine, but this was different when I took it with Nitroamp. I was super focused…

So to update you, I stopped the Skinny Latte’s and got on the Nitroamp instead. I have been taking it before my morning workout at the weekends and it makes such a difference I wonder if its cheating Ha! Seriously, you have made a really great product and both me and my husband take it.

Does Nitroamp Offer a Money-Back Guarantee?

The manufacturers state that they offer a 60 day money back guarantee, but in reality, they do not accept opened products, and so cannot guarantee a refund. This refund policy only really applies to people who made a purchase of multiple bottles, or anyone who changes their mind about wanting the product before opening it. The company do not specify whether the 60 day period starts from the delivery date or from the order date, and so it is safest to assume that it starts from the date the product was ordered.

NITROamp is built in a certified G.M.P Laboratory in the USA for quality assurances, and it’s backed by our 60 Day Money Back Guarantee. If any of our products leave you anything other than completely satisfied, simply return unopened bottles within 60 days for a full refund (less shipping and handling).

Where Can I Buy Nitroamp?

NitroAmp is available from the manufacturer’s official website, There are several size options available, with discounts for bulk purchases.

The ‘60 Day Amplifier Pack’ costs $19.97, and contains one bottle of the supplement. The ‘6 Month Amplifier Pack’ contains three bottles, and costs $44.97. Delivery charges may apply.
