Though this supplement is considered one of the best brain supplements on the market, it’s not perfect. One of the major issues is that it uses synthetic amino-acids that are inferior to natural ones, and not as effective to support brain health.

Anxiety has many different and varied origins, and it can have negative effects on the body. Treating this disorder with prescription medications can cause issues such as serious side effects or addiction. TravaCor was designed to help with these problems in a more natural way by using vitamins and minerals to restore the balance in the body and promote the production of serotonin.
Aside from anxiety, this supplement can help with memory, cognitive function, sleep issues, and concentration. According to the manufacturer, the product is formulated to diminish anxiety, cravings, and depression symptoms.
Take one to three capsules, once or twice a day.
TravaCor claim to help people resolve sleep issues and hyperactivity problems, to promote mood balance, and to help reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression. It claims to be free of side effects but customers reviews showed us this was untrue.
This supplement may or may not work depending on several factors. The users reviews are very mixed with some claiming amazing results where other have seen no change at all. The limited information on the ingredients and the quantities in which they are present is worrying, especially regarding potential side effects. The absence of clinical trial and studies is also a source of concerns.
TravaCor mixes vitamins and minerals with a proprietary blend.
The proprietary blend contains:
TravaCor is free from corn, wheat, gluten, sodium, soy, yeast, sucrose and from articifial colours and flavours.
These side effects can occur whilst taking TravaCor:
TravaCor can cause fatigue in tired or depressed people whilst the stimulatory ingredients can increase restlessness in anxious people.
Caution:
Keep out of the reach of children.
Do not take if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.
The reviews on TravaCor are mixed:
I started taking Travacor seven or eight months ago at the recommendation of my M.D. I take 3 capsules with breakfast and dinner (evening meal) and it helps a great deal with sleep. I noticed the positive effects within about two days. I still suffer from bouts of depression but they do not last for more than a few hours and I am much less sensitive to stress. Travacor is a godsend because I am very sensitive to pharmaceuticals; antidepressants are poison to me and the sleep meds either don’t work, stop working and/or make me very ill (hospitalized twice). I can’t tolerate several supplements either so I am very thankful for this product.
I felt nothing after taking this supplement. A big waste of money for me. Maybe it works for some.
I don’t recommend this product. You spend a lot of money and you barely get benefits that you could have gotten from many other less expensive sources. I doubt that there is more to this product than your average brain supplement.
Not bad: 4/5
I’m still a bit puzzled by its effects. Not sure if it’s helping or not. The anxiety is gone but I
do have some trouble sleeping.
