What You Need To Know About VitalFuse Fused Focus

VitalFuse Fused Focus is a nootropic supplement that is designed to boost mental performance and focus. Each bottle contains 30 capsules, which will provide a 15-day supply if taken as directed by the manufacturers. VitalFuse Fused Focus is manufactured by VitalFuse, a company based in Dover, Delaware in the USA.

What Are The Side Effects Of VitalFuse Fused Focus?

Numerous ingredients in VitalFuse Fused Focus have the potential to cause a range of side effects.

Studies have shown that Bacopa leaf, causes upset stomachs in participants much more than placebos. This has led to the recommendation that this ingredient be taken with a meal, rather than on an empty stomach, as this will minimize the chances of getting an upset stomach. It may also may cause nausea, cramping, bloating, and diarrhoea. If you are taking one capsule of VitalFuse Fused Focus, the Bacopa dosage is within the most effective range, but if you are taking the two capsule serving recommended by the manufacturers, then the Bacopa dosage is actually very high, making side effects much more likely.

Consumers should still ensure that they do not consume caffeine within 5 hours of bedtime, as caffeine can interfere with sleep cycles. Side effects of caffeine can include headaches, increased heart rate, increased blood pressure, heart palpitations, increased urination, dehydration, jitteriness, dizziness, and insomnia.

Ginkgo Biloba is generally thought to be safe, but may cause some minor issues; these include stomach upset, constipation, headache, dizziness, a pounding heartrate, and allergic skin reactions.

A-GPC can cause side effects in some people including heartburn, headache, insomnia, dizziness, skin rash, and confusion.

How Much Does VitalFuse Fused Focus Cost?

VitalFuse Fused Focus is available to purchase from Amazon, where a single bottle containing 30 capsules costs $16.99 plus delivery charges. This will provide a 15-day supply if used as directed on the back of the bottle.

Our Verdict On VitalFuse Fused Focus

VitalFuse Fused Focus does have some effective ingredients in its formula, including Alpha-GPC and Bacopa Monnieri. However the ingredient quantities are less than ideal – if taking two capsules as directed, the Bacopa dosage is double the recommended amount, and appears to be the reason that a significant group of reviewers have experienced side effects. On the other hand, Alpha-GPC is significantly under-dosed, and is unlikely to convey much benefit.

VitalFuse Fused Focus is not covered by a money-back guarantee. A bottle contains 30 capsules; if taking the supplement as directed on the bottle, a single bottle will only last for 15 days of use. This makes the product quite expensive to take in the long term.

Overall, we do not recommend VitalFuse Fused Focus to our readers.

VitalFuse Fused Focus Review

VitalFuse Fused Focus is a nootropic supplement that is designed to boost mental performance and focus. The manufacturers recommend taking the supplement before a meal on an empty stomach, but this may explain why some people experience unpleasant side effects such as vomiting. The potential side effects of Bacopa Monnieri occur more frequently when taking it on an empty stomach; it might be a good idea to take the supplement on a full stomach. Taking two capsules also makes the dosage of Bacopa Monnieri very high, which makes side effects much more likely.

Does VitalFuse Fused Focus Work?

Bacopa Monnieri needs to be taken daily for an effect to build up over time, but some of the other ingredients could cause a general improvement in energy levels and mental clarity shortly after taking the supplement.

Bacopa Monnieri reduces anxiety and improves memory, and Alpha-GPC appears to improve cognition. Whilst the dosage of Bacopa per capsule is an effective amount, the amount of Alpha-GPC per capsule is well below an effective dosage.

Caffeine is technically not a nootropic ingredient, but it does temporarily boost alertness somewhat. Caffeine and Teacrine could boost energy levels, both physically and mentally.

Ginkgo Biloba could increase circulation, which theoretically could improve alertness by increasing blood flow to the brain.

Overall, VitalFuse Fused Focus should offer some nootropic benefits to consumers.

What Are The Ingredients of VitalFuse Fused Focus?

The ingredients found in VitalFuse Fused Focus are detailed below. The ingredient quantities listed below are per serving of a single capsule, but consumers are instructed to take two capsules per day.

  • Bacopa Extract (20% Bacosides) (whole plant) 300 mg: Used to reduce anxiety, improve memory, and seems to have a minor ability to treat depression, making it a general mild mood booster. The effects can take time to achieve a noticeable level, as the effects appear to accumulate with repeated use. Source
  • Caffeine Anhydrous 150 mg: Numerous studies have shown that caffeine boosts energy levels and alertness, as well as mildly boosting the metabolism. The effects shown in studies are small, and some studies are inconclusive. Source
  • Theacrine (as TeaCrine) 65 mg: TeaCrine is a branded form of Theacrine. It appears to work in a similar way to caffeine. Early research suggests that it may help to boost mental and physical performance (like caffeine), but a little more research is needed to confirm this effect. Source
  • Alpha-GPC (20%) 50 mg: In Europe alpha-GPC is a prescription medication for the treatment of Alzheimer’s disease, but in the USA it is a prescription-free dietary supplement. It appears to have some cognitive-boosting properties, helps to prevent cognitive decline, and may also enhance power output in athletes when taken regularly. Source
  • Bilberry Fruit Powder 35 mg: Bilberry contains tannins, which could reduce inflammation. Compounds found in Bilberry may also lower blood sugar levels and cholesterol levels, as well as improve circulation. Source
  • Ginkgo Biloba (24% Ginkgo Flavone Glycosides) (leaf) 25 mg: Appears to improve circulation, and may help to kill bacteria in the body that could cause infections, although it is used as an herbal remedy to treat a range of ailments. Source

Are There Any Customer Reviews For VitalFuse Fused Focus?

There are hundreds of customer reviews for VitalFuse Fused Focus on Amazon. The majority of them are positive reviews, but Fakespot (a review checking website) suggests that a large number of the reviews (50%) are suspicious or fake. Out of the negative reviews, some customers felt no benefits from taking the supplement, whilst others experienced a range of side effects, including vomiting and nausea.

Decent product. If taken as instructed, it does work. I took it this morning and felt more calm than usual, which helped me focus slightly better. Whoever was sick from this may just have allergies to some ingredient in this product. Everyone has different reactions to different things. I would probably give it 5 stars if it gave me more energy. Then again, I’m sleep deprived and under excessive stress for prolonged periods on the daily. I doubt there’s any product that will replace quality sleep and relaxation.

Sometimes I can feel it working, but other times it doesn’t seem to affect me as much as I’d like. Also I find that it gives a slow release of energy rather than an immediate burst of energy. Also i find I need to take it a significant time in advance of when I need the energy as for me it takes a little while to metabolize.

Overall I like the product and it has come in handy many times as I tend to be most productive at night when I should be sleeping and it keeps me going.

Edited review: I left a review stating “this is junk – use plain old caffine.” Shortly later I received a nice email from the seller offering a full refund and pointing out how much negative reviews hurt small businesses. I felt guilty for writing such a brief crass review.

In detail:
Shipping was prompt, packaged well. Seller polite and attentive. I would strongly recommended purchasing a product you know you want from this seller.

The product itself however I cannot say anything good about. I am not proud to say I am an aficionado of legal over the counter stimulant supplements. This supplement did not provide any increased alertness or focus, and did leave me with a mild headache for a few hours. I tried it on 3 separate non-consecutice days with the same result.

I think the label is misleading. It lists a serving size as one capsule when the directions say to take two. Some people reviewed they could only handle one capsule a day. So the bottle really only lasts 15 days if you can handle taking two a day as directed. I’ve taken two capsules and two hours later, it’s safe to say I feel nothing. I should mention I have a high caffeine tolerance. I definitely don’t feel any energy or alertness. I also found one of the capsules damaged and leaking.

Had high hopes due to posted reviews. Ordered this and took 2 as stated. (instructions state to take 1-2). That same day ~2 hours later felt so nauseated I ended up throwing up. From then on just take 1 in the morning, does nothing for me.
Does not work for me.
